The King's Camp Schedule for 2010
Every Saturday morning (9:00 am) – devotions at the Grace Center.
Every Saturday evening (7:00 pm) – Root beer floats (fee) is offered at the Grace Center.
Every Saturday - 2:00 - Wagon Rides (weather permitting)

In case of changes, see bulletin boards, canteen or bathhouses.


April 17: Opening Day9:00 am. Small projects/work day – Volunteers needed – lunch provided.
April 24: Big Project Day 9:00 am. Volunteers needed – lunch provided.
May 7-9: Mother's Day Weekend: Saturday Lunch: 12:00 noon – Kings Camp will provide a hot dog lunch. Please bring a dish to share.

May 28-31: Memorial Day Weekend – Official opening of the lake: 10:00 am
Friday Evening: 7:00 pm. Movie in Shelter B.
Saturday Lunch -12:00 noon - Saturday: 7:00 pm – Music Concert with Rich Criss
Sunday Morning: 10:00 am – First Worship Service of Season - Sunday Afternoon: 2:00 pm – Balloon Launch to honor Veterans at the Flag Pole in Circle One - Sunday Evening: 7:00 pm – Karaoke in Shelter B

June 18-20: Father's Day Weekend
Friday Evening: 7:00 pm. Movie in Shelter B
Saturday Lunch: 12:00 noon – King Camp will provide a brat lunch. Please bring a dish to share.
Calling all kids – Dad's Boat Derby. Rules: Make a boat out of anything that will float across the lake (must be homemade). Cost: $3.00. Prizes: First Place: One night free camping. Second Place: 4 visitor passes worth $20.00 Third Place: Coupon for $10.00 at canteen.

July 2-4: Patriotic Weekend
Friday Evening: 7:00 pm – Movie in Shelter B.
Saturday: 12:00 Noon . – Picnic in the Park. Bring a dish to pass.
Saturday Evening: 7:00 pm – Karaoke Night in Shelter B. (Decorate campers, bicycles, pets and your family. Prizes given for each category.) Sunday Afternoon Parade: 1:30 pm – Parade starts at the Canteen. Prizes will be awarded after parade.

July 17-18: Ice Cream Social – Saturday: 5:00 pm – Ham sandwich, chips, drink and ice cream sundae for $5.00

July 31: Kings Camp Sing-AlongSaturday: 7:00 pm – Sing-Along place to be announced and details to follow.

August 13-15: International Weekend
Friday Night Movie: 7:00 pm in Shelter B
Saturday: International Pot Luck Dinner: 5:00 pm – in Grace Center. Bring an International or Ethnic Dish to share.
Saturday: 7:00 pm Shelter B: Concert with Terry G. Hall - Bass soloist and one man quartet.

August 27-29: All Camp Birthday Party – Saturday: 7:00 pm – Free Birthday Party in Grace Center

September 3-6: Labor Day Weekend
Friday Night Movie: 7:00 pm – Shelter B
Saturday Lunch: 12:00 noon – Brat and Corn Boil in Grace Center (fee). Saturday Auction: 1:30 pm Shelter B
Saturday Evening: 7:00 pm – Music Concert with Kingsmen Four
Sunday Morning: 10:00 am – Last Worship Service of Season. Sunday Afternoon: 3:00 pm – Ice Cream Sundae (fee) at the Grace Center
Monday Morning: 8:00 am – Pancake Breakfast in Grace Center. Prices will be posted.

September 25: The Kings Camp Fall Festival
Saturday: Come one – come all. Enjoy the beautiful fall colors at the Kings Camp. Decorate pumpkins, bobbing for apples, scavenger hunt, and wagon rides. Saturday Evening: 5:00 pm – Weiner Roast, Smores (fee) and much more. Sign up with Ginny or call the camp.

October 16: Closing Work Day – 9:00 am King Camp Closes for the Season – Volunteers needed & lunch provided.
